All sale items are final. No refunds will be given on sale items. Exchanges are possible with all shipping related costs to be paid by the purchaser. See below for further details.
coco & rae will happily provide an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. An exchange is provided for an item of equal value. We do not offer store credits.
All postage costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer. This refers to posting the items back to coco and rae and then onwards to the purchaser. You will be required to purchase a parcel post/express post bag and include this with your garments when sent back.
Garments will be exchanged provided they are unworn and in original condition with tags attached and the hygienic liner in place.
Please use a trusted postage method as regretfully we cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in transit.
On receiving your parcel your exchange will be posted.
