coco & rae will happily provide an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. An exchange is provided for an item of equal value. We do not offer store credits.

Garments will be exchanged provided they are unworn and in original condition with tags attached and the hygienic liner in place.

All postage costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the customer and an invoice will be sent for the postage cost of your new bikini.

Please use a trusted postage method as regretfully we cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in transit.

On receiving your parcel your exchange will be posted, free of charge via regular tracked post (3-7 working days within Australia, 10-15 working days International).

 

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds unless the garment is faulty. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty garment please contact us and we will work to personally resolve the issue for you. Please email holla@cocoandraeswimwear.com
